Spanish radio this evening has reported that Javier Mascherano does want to Liverpool and that the only way he will stay is if he is forced to by the club. This by all accounts is one of the reasons that Barcelona have decided to finally move forward and make a firm offer for the Liverpool midfielder. Liverpool according to Spanish newspaper website El Mundo have given permission to Javier Mascherano to talk with Barcelona in what they predict will be a €20 Million deal.
