QPR target Alessandro Del Piero’s agent has poured scorn on a Premier League move insisting the Italian legend may move to the United States.
The London club were thought to have made an approach for the 37-year-old who’s contract ends with Juventus in the summer however the player’s agent Enzo Bronzetti has said “For Spain and England, I really do not see it. I know there was already an approach (from the Premier League)”
Instead it seems that the likely destination is the MLS according to Bronzetti who was speaking to the Daily Star “I think he can go there, American football is said to have been on the rise for years, but now it is.”
Blackburn were thought to be interested in Del Piero however a move to America seems more likely after Bronzetti’s comments “In the last few days the leaders of Seattle, Chicago came to Italy and now come those of the Galaxy. Del Piero is highly respected in the United States.”
