The Citizens need this win bad. They didn’t offer much in the weekend at Hull and lost the game, and are now 3 points behind Liverpool at 4th, although they still have 2 games in hand so theoretically the Citizens are in an ideal position to qualify to next season’s CL still.
Bolton on the other hand have only scored once in their last 3 games, and the bottom 3 are breathing down their neck, but I don’t think they’re good enough to cause any shocks at Eastlands where City are unbeaten to-date (8-3-0).
Patrick Vieira and Adam Johnson may both start today for Mancini’s side, but Craig Bellamy is not available. Also Kompany, Richards and Lescott are all rated doubtful, so the visitors may have “half a chance” of finding the net, but I trust Carlos Tevez and Emmanuel Adebayor to score at least 2, so City to win still for me.
Bolton are even without their best defender Gary Cahill, and Weiss cannot play against his parent club. Also both the O’Brien brothers are missing along with Muamba, Steinsson, Klasnic, McCann and Holden.
I don’t like the odds on the home win though. They’re too low for me to use. The A.H. is also set high at -1.25. I know City will score at least two, but it could be that Bolton will get one as I hinted, so it’s not worth it.
Ok then, Adebayor and Tevez to score anytime. That should deliver.
Picks:
Tevez score anytime @ 2.10 w/ Bet365, BlueSQ or VcBet
Adebayor score anytime @ 2.10 w/ BlueSQ, Unibet or VcBet
