Liverpool are entering the race to sign Chilean Alexis Sanchez of Udinese who is a target of Man Utd in a move sure to intensify the bad feeling between Sir Alex Ferguson and Rafael Benitez.
The reports not just in the Italian media but also in sections of the English media have been linking Man Utd with the 20 year old forward for some time now and by all accounts Man Utd are close to signing the youngster having missed out on a number of bigger name stars this summer already.
It is now being reported in Italy that Liverpool have also made enquiries and are ready to bid as much as €20 Million for the player regarded as one of the worlds top prospects.
Fergie would be furious if he is forced to pay more than what he would have without Liverpool getting involved but Benitez wont care, when he wants a player he does not care who’s toes he steps on.
Could this be the start of bad things to come between Man Utd and Liverpool?

Alexis Sanchez is a fantastic prospect, any fool can see that, the fact that united have been looking at him for a while is a good indication of just how good he really is. Benitez can cry and throw his toys out of the pram all he wants but realistically YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY or clout to compete with Sir Alex.
