If Fulham are to be considered poor travelers with 1-5-7 for their away form, what do you call Burnley who are 0-1-11 on the road? It certainly looks like a home win to me and I can’t see why the odds are so generous.
The home side managed to scrap through their last home game vs Pompey and emerged winners by the odd goal. Then on the weekend they defended well and secured a point away to Bolton, so they are in a relatively good shape, although still finding it hard to score goals.
Burnley also managed to capture a “forever” winless streak in the league. They had went 12 games without a win before they finally won over West Ham in the weekend.
However, Burnley are the team to oppose on their travels. Even when they did win away (in the cups) they were up against lower divisions sides, and still barely made it. They needed extra-time at Hartlepool in the Carling Cup last August to score their winner, and in January they won again at MK Dons by 2-1. Both Blackpool and MKD are 3rd tier outfits (Division One).
The reverse game earlier this season at Burnley ended in a draw. They had played each other 9 times before since 1993, and each and every single game of those 9 ended in a home win. The last time Burnley secured an away point against Fulham was back in 1966, while they last win away to the Cottagers in 1965.
Fulham will be boosted by the return of attacking duo Simon Davies and Bobby Zamora, so they will probably be sharper upfront. Okaka will probably duo up with Zamora upfront with Davies providing support from the attacking midfield position.
Burnley once again can rely on new signing Fox. He already opened his account with the club with a goal in their win vs West Ham in the weekend. Jordan could also be back for their defense.

If the odds are so generous Put your house on it!
Burnley did play several second tier players in the earlier rounds of the cups.
Under Coyle were were Gun Ho with everybody attacking and that is why we lost silly goals.
Todays team is more organised and defends well and we will score goals, however in the past it was how many we would let in!
Tonight i am having a few £’s on an away win.
