On Wednesday I tipped Fulham to win at home over Blackburn, and they did. Once again I’m backing the Cottagers to produce their 3rd home win in a row (all competitions), or their 4th in EPL.
 
Fulham enjoy a really mean defense at home grounds. Only Chelsea, Arsenal and Birmingham managed to concede less at home so far this season.
 
Bolton are not exactly poor travelers, but they only take advantage of hosts that are close to them towards the bottom of the table, while they tend to concede a lot against sides that play in (or for) European tournaments.
 
Moreover, the Trotters seem to have run out of energy of late, having shipped 15 goals in only 4 games, and managing to score a solitary goal in them all.
 
Expect Andy Johnson and Danny Murphy to play some part in today’s game. Both were declared fit for the Blackburn game on Wednesday, but neither actually took part in it. Dempsey did though, and his efforts were rewarded with a brace, while Bobby Zamora appears to be Fulham’s latest injury casualty.
 
The Trotters are hoping Cohen will be fit enough to play, but with or without him I can only see a clear home win, and a high probability of the Cottagers keeping yet another clean sheet at home.
