There have been some reports circulating in Italy that Carlo Ancelotti is being lined up to replace Arsene Wenger when he gets sacked up by Chelsea. Roman Abramovich has never let any Chelsea manager stay after ending the season without a trophy, so it is nigh on certain he will be replaced this summer.
It has been previously thought that Ancelotti would move to Roma next season, but the Corriere dello Sport has come up with a phantastic report that Arsene Wenger will be leaving the Emirates for Roma while Ancelotti will take over at Arsenal!
Ancelotti refused to deny any rumours at all as he still doesn’t know whether he still has a future at Stamford Bridge or not, but he is pleased that he has been linked with such a prestigious job as coach of Arsenal.

The Italian said: “I’m never surprised about the rumours. I’ve said a lot of times I hope to stay but if something changes I will find another solution without any problems.
“I don’t want to speak about my future – it’s not the right time. But if your name is linked to very important club, like Arsenal, then its good news,”
I can see that Ancelotti would appeal to Arsenal as he does not get involved in any transfer dealings. He left it to the owner at AC Milan, and he has done the same thing at Chelsea. It would certainly indicate a massive changing point at Arsenal if it did happen, but it’s not likely to, is it?
Its a relief to Arsenal. Wenger’s performance in recent years is suspect. Better he quit

Arsenal plays beautiful football even if they dont win anything. Anchelotti cannot never be a success at Arsenal. In chelsea, the coach gets any player he desires, considering the amount of money spent and yet got nothing, he cannot be a success in teams where such huge amounts are not available. Spending 50m on one palyer?? Never in arsenal. Mourinho is the same, cant coach any team where millions to be spent are not available. Look at man city, with all the money spent, they were struggling and couldnt win a match without Tevez.
I’d be happy with Ancelotti as our boss! It would be good to have a manager who actually knows some tactics!!!
